Product Overview

KINGCORAL-AF19 and KINGCORAL-FR10 are Sherpa-type circular knit fabrics for winter apparel and home textile applications. Both fabrics are finished with brushing and tumble processing to provide a soft touch, high loft, and excellent warmth. They also offer the durability and flexibility of circular knit construction.

Both-side Brushed & Tumbled Finishing

Both fabrics are brushed on both sides to raise the surface fibers and create a soft, dense pile. They are then tumble finished to improve loft, flexibility, and hand feel. This finishing process also helps give the fabric a more natural appearance and stable texture.

Material Options

KINGCORAL-AF19 is made from 100% Polyester yarn. Its heavier weight gives the fabric more volume and better thermal insulation. KINGCORAL-FR10 is made from 100% Recycled Polyester yarn. It offers a more sustainable material choice while maintaining the softness and warmth of Sherpa fabric. The finishing process is also adjusted for each fabric to create different surface textures.

Applications
